Defending champions Patna Pirates to begin sixth season against Tamil Thalaivas


One of the famous leagues of India Pro Kabaddi League is back for its sixth edition and this year, the tournament will begin in the city of Chennai on Tomorrow.

Defending champions Patna Pirates will take on host team Tamil Thalaivas in the first clash, while the second Clash will be held between Girish Maruti Ernak’s Puneri Paltans and Fazel Atranchali’s U Mumba. Patna Pirates are the defending champions after they defeated Gujarat Fortunegiants to clinch the title in Last Year’s Tournament.

We are going to witness The key battle between Manjeet Chhillar and Pardeep Narwal, where the one side is the man with the most Tackle Points in the history of Pro Kabaddi league and another side is the man with the most Raid Points in a single Pro Kabaddi league season.

Ajay Thakur:
The Thalaivas Skipper was the one man army for Tamil thalaivas last year’s Pkl. He Scored Total 213 Raid Points in 22 matches. He was the third most successful raider in Pro Kabaddi Season 5.

Surjeet Singh-Thamil Thalaivas:
The Navy man began his PKL journey with Dabang Delhi in Season 3, it was impressive right at the outset earning 68 points in the 12 matches that he played.

Surjeet who also represents Services played the role of a secondary striker for Season 4 title-holders Patna Pirates. The Haryana lad scored a total of 168 points from 39 matches with 33% of successful raids.

Deepak Narwal –Patna Pirates:
Deepak Narwal began his PKL journey with Patna Pirates in season 3 and he had an amazing experience with Bengal Warriors in last year’s Pro kabaddi season.

this year’s pkl is very special for Deepak narwal because he returned to champion team Patna Pirates. His technical raiding skills could see him become more than just a supporting raider to skipper Pardeep Narwal if he failed.
